  • National Association of Industrial and Office Properties

    NAIOP

    NAIOP San Francisco Mission Statement: To support the Bay Area commercial real estate industry by proactively influencing legislative policy, providing superior educational events and fostering networking oppurtunities.

  • Foundation for Autistic Children Education Suppport

    The Bay Area Real Estate Roundtable combines a serious real estate symposium with the benevolence of a charity golf tournament. This annual event was founded to recognize the tremendous support of the commercial real estate industry for FACES, Foundation for Autistic Childhood Education and Support. Our goal is not only to raise significant funds for FACES but to further the friendships and working relationships of the attendees. With the continued support of the commercial real estate industry, we will strive to make the Bay Area Real Estate Roundtable experience the premier industry event for Northern California.

  • Housing Industry Foundation

    HIF

    The Housing Industry Foundation (HIF) is a non-profit charity founded in June 1989. Originally known as the Apartment Industry Foundation for Housing Assistance, it is an industry-based organization with all of its support coming from local companies and individuals, such as apartment owners, builders, Realtors, mortgage bankers, accountants, attorneys, insurance companies and other related businesses.

  • California Land Title Association

    CLTA

    The California Land Title Association (CLTA) is a non-profit corporation, founded in 1907, representing member title companies throughout the State of California. The Association's membership is comprised of title insurance companies and underwritten title companies conducting business in the state. Title insurers are authorized by the Department of Insurance to conduct business throughout California, while underwritten title companies are authorized by the Department of Insurance to issue policies of title insurance in a particular county pursuant to an agreement with a title insurer. Affiliate members are also included in the membership of the CLTA. These affiliates include attorneys, lenders, builders, surveyors, trustees, escrow agents, consultants and computer firms.

    Founded in 1957, the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) is the global trade association of the shopping center industry. Its 70,000 members in the U.S., Canada and more than 80 other countries include shopping center owners, developers, managers, marketing specialists, investors, lenders, retailers and other professionals as well as academics and public officials. As the global industry trade association, ICSC links with more than 25 national and regional shopping center councils throughout the world.

    The Association of Commercial Real Estate, ACRE, is a non-profit, professional association formed to promote working relationships and professionalism within the Sacramento commercial real estate community.
